Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. To start one, email support@raboulos.com with your order number, your name and address, and the reason for the return — we'll reply with the correct return address. Please don't post it back to the sender address on the parcel; it won't reach us.
Items need to come back unworn, with all parts and packaging as they arrived. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive your return we'll acknowledge it within 7 working days and refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.

What's included?
The full set: one long double-breasted coat, one knit midi dress and one waist belt, all in the color you choose. The pieces aren't sold separately.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Complimentary shipping is included on every RABOULOS order within the United States. There is no minimum purchase, and no shipping cost appears at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 6–12 days, including the time we take to process and prepare your order. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
How do I pick my size?
Use the measurements in the size guide rather than your usual letter size, and compare them with a coat and dress you own that fit well. If you're unsure, email your measurements to support@raboulos.com and we'll recommend a size.
What is your return policy?
