Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. To start one, email support@raboulos.com with your order number, your name and address, and the reason for the return — we'll reply with the correct return address. Please don't post it back to the sender address on the parcel; it won't reach us.
Items need to come back unworn, with all parts and packaging as they arrived. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive your return we'll acknowledge it within 7 working days and refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Complimentary shipping is included on every RABOULOS order within the United States. There is no minimum purchase, and no shipping cost appears at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed carefully before they ship, and estimated delivery times are displayed during your purchase experience. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
Our return process is designed to be straightforward and supportive. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return — email support@raboulos.com with your order number, name, address and reason, and we'll reply with the correct return address. How does the 2 and 3 set discount work?
Add two sets and 5% comes off; add three and it's 10% off. You can mix colors and sizes. There is no code to enter and nothing to remember — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, and you'll see it on the order summary before you pay.
What if the size is wrong?
Email your bust, waist and hip measurements to support@raboulos.com before you order and we'll tell you which size to pick. If it still isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
